A new MikeVideo project

Sunrise on the history soaked island of Nantucket, Massachusetts,

with the light cresting over the top of the Brandt Point Light, the

smallest in size but not in romance of all the lighthouses in America.

Shot and edited while on vacation on the island, Nantucket:Holiday Island is an hour showing the charm and romance of this small part of American History. The tale begins as I land in the midst of Hurricane Floyd, and the early scenes reflect the unsure feelings that every thing being photographed might not exist in a few hours. The hurricane passed, though, bringing with it some of the fairest weather I have ever seen. And of course I took that oppourtunity to shoot some of the best scenes ever.

The video only needs the music added. (I want some Nantucket Whaling Songs on the soundtrack.) Check out the link to the right for stills. More will be posted here shortly.

first experiment dealing with a zipped .avi file.
